Mr Shen marketed his HDB flat at Block 466 Segar Road for a year with another real estate agent. Earlier this year in February, Mr Shen was on Google exploring other means to sell his property and he chanced upon our Bluenest website and signed up for a free consultation meeting with us. Once again, from the incredible volume of viewing requests received, we hosted an open house for Mr Shen at his home 2 days later.
